These people are so fake nice to your face and talk behind you in Vietnamese. I didn't say anything about shellac on the phone and this lady is going to give me attitude. No..here's a tip..bad customer service equals zero tip. First and last time here..too many nail places in town to sit in here and get treated like crap. For 22 a full set I guess you get what you pay for..not a relaxing peaceful "spa". What a joke!!!! I'd gladly pay double somewhere else.
Worst place they are very rude
They do okay nails but it's not worth the fraud that goes on here. I paid for my nails and later I go home to discover they retype my credit card information in and charged me for someone else's nails! In no shape or form is that okay ANYWHERE I'm upset, angry, and have filed a fraud report on this establishment. Don't be a victim of scam avoid going here.
These people are rude, and do HORRIBLE nails. Then will try and get an attitude when you ask the to fix your nails. The same day got my nails done, it looked as if I had my nails on for a whole week. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!
First time I went I was satisfied ,was happy that I did not have to drive way to pearland to my usual spot. The second time, I was so displeased. . The lady who did my feet did not understand what in was telling her but she was nice, then the lady I'm not sure if she is the head lady or what but she kept not listening to me when I was trying to tell her what I wanted. I asked for a white tip full set with a small pink line underneath the white I asked her could she do this and she said yes, when it was done it was messy and just not pretty, and she tells me well I dunno.. I'm like seriously ok..won't be back. Also another point my mom got toes fungus there .. I did not know until I told her about my not so pleasing experience
