I have been twice and while my experience was great in the salon both times, the quality of my manicure was not great this last time. I got a basic shellac manicure ($39 not including tip, which I think pretty high comparatively), and they have a two week (14 day) guarantee, so when 3 of my nails were chipped 4 days into my manicure, I went in and got them fixed. I’m now 10 days into my shellac manicure and 3 more nails are chipped. I appreciate their guarantee, but who has time to go to the nail salon 3 times in two weeks? Unfortunately, I don’t have time to make it back in to get them fixed this time. It’s disappointing, especially since it’s so nice inside and the staff is friendly, and considering the price. Sadly, I don’t think I'll be back after this last experience.
I had an amazing experience - this was my first time getting Shellac done, and I'm in love with the results! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the salon is clean and calming. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice relaxing pamper or simply a great manicure!!
I love this place! I don't feel the need to ask for the same person each time I go in because they are all great! I won't go anywhere else as long as I live in Houston.
Amazing nail salon! Love the retreat manicure and the hot stone pedicure is incrediable. Great customer service.
You get what you pay for.. with that being said, this place is awesome and well worth what they are charging. It's pricier than most nail spas but believe me, the quality of products and services are worth it. The full bar is a plus. They make pretty good drinks. And the atmosphere is welcoming. Also- no matter which tech chair you sit in you'll be satisfied!!
