Don't go there they have really bad customer service and incapable personnel. I just went today to get my hair cut and this Asian lady took care of me. She couldn't even communicate with me. I tryed to explain her my hair cut style but she didn't got it. At the end, I explained her that it wasn't what I want and she got mad. She didn't even wanted to finish it. Also, I asked her if she can put some wax or gel in my hair, and she made me put it by my self; I don't mind but I was paying for that too. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
This place is so nice. The lady who did my hair was super sweet and she did an exceptional job on my hair. The receptionist was very polite and responsive when I called in to make appointment. Nice people, clean facility. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend not wasting your time and money on this dump. The ladie that cut my hair gave me a lot of attitude when I described what I specifically wanted. I was so shocked at the attitude when I was just telling her how I wanted my hair to be cut. She acted as if I was telling her how to do her job. Very rude and condescending to me the entire time. And after all was said and done she messed it up and cut what I said I didn't want cut. To top the entire miserable experience off, when I went to pay the same ride lady took my card, spent 5 minutes trying to figure out the machine then told me there is no money on my credit card when in fact the was hundreds. So she confiscated my drivers license and demanded I go to a ATM and get cash right now. I want to make sure nobody has to go through what I went through today.
Been going for 8 years the best.
