Excellent! We would give 10 stars if we could. Mike and his team at HM built our dental practice and we had a wonderful experience. Everything was timely and the work was quality. Mike was very hands on and always responded promptly. We highly recommend them!
Working with HM General Contractors has been a great experience! As with any general contractor, there will be some hiccups here and there, but Mike certainly took it upon himself to make sure everything is done correctly and to our satisfaction. Mike, along with Max and Elias have really gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome of our office.
My experience with HM was moderate. I'm still on the fence if I will use them or not for future offices. I have a beautiful office and patients always compliment on how inviting my office feels and not like other dental offices. Awesome job in regards to this. If you are to sign on with them, go ahead and anticipate your opening date to be about a year from the day you sign regardless of what they or anyone else promises you. It'll allow you to plan your business out more accurately. If this is not a problem for you, give them a try.
Just finished my state of the art practice and the result is just amazing. Building a practice from scratch you have your expectations of being delivered a great product, but working with Ben has ben such a streamlined process and what really topped it, was it was Finished on time with no delays even though there were hiccups due to weather. Very satisfied and looking forward to this relationship for future projects.
HM General Contractors did an amazing job renovating our orthodontic office. The process went smooth and we are so pleased with the results. When our patients that we have not seen in a long time come back to see us, they are astounded at the difference! Tim and the entire team did a fabulous job of helping us design a more efficient space that looks top notch! They were always easy to reach and responded to our needs as they came up. The owner Mike was a pleasure to work with and even came out to celebrate with us at our open house when the renovation was completed.
