Far Exceeded Expectations. I recently used Davis Commercial (Barrett Von Blon) to sell a Commercial Lot (tear-down) in town. I had spoken with Mark and his team over the years as we contemplated listing, I see their signs prominently around town for this size/type commercial property. We finally met, discussed values, timeline, expectations, etc. Valuations were higher than I expected. We listed and within 2-3 weeks we had multiple cash offers very close to the listing price. We had to make a couple of tough decisions during negotiations and I feel like Davis added value and always represented my interests. Barrett managed all of the paperwork. I know it doesn't always work out this easy, but I received the best care and attention that I could have asked for. No question, I will use Davis Commercial for my next local commercial transaction - buy or sell.
