Dr. Is nice once you see them, but I do struggle with the support staff and the long wait times. Staff is not very friendly and not overly helpful. I felt like a number in line vs a welcomed customer to a business. Also, I waited 10 minutes in the lobby and then 35 in the room so a 45 minute wait. This is the second time that has occurred so I think it's a pattern. But I am willing to try once more. 3rd times the charm for me. If I have the same type of experience the next time I call for an appointment and/or visit then I will just move on. Note: the checkout lady was very nice. Lol.
Tried calling to make an appointment for the first time. Good thing I called before I showed the lady that answer was just rude and cut me off ... smh
Staff is terrible when it comes to getting an appointment you have to leave a message and nobody returns your calls so you have to threaten to speak to a person in charge in order to get service. Love the doctor but office staff suck..
The doctors are great, but the office staff and structure are not. Each time we came for an appointment, we waited over an hour to see a doctor. We will not return for our next child.
Really like the Doctors here. They are really helpful and understanding. GOOD BEDSIDE MANNERS. I only waited about 5minutes in the waiting room. So my wait wasnt long. When I was pregnant and would come to visit i would wait at least an hour ,but it's worth it. Unfortunately when you see a good doctor you have to wait. GREAT DOCTORS !!!
