Dr. McGraw was very kind and patient. She calmed me when I panicked. She's a beautiful lady, professional in appearance and manner, and I am glad I was scheduled with her. I have bad experiences with ENT doctors in the past. She is the best I have ever encountered.
Dr. McGraw-Wall is heaven sent. She genuinely cares about her patients. Her bedside manner is impeccable. She answered all of my questions and she personally returned a phone call. She’s phenomenal and her staff is awesome.

She has the most amazing 'bedside' manner and always treats you like a long-time family friend. I've referred many friends and family, none of whom have been disappointed in their experience!
