Find another doctor's office elsewhere. There are other people that will actually care about what you're going through.
Was very pleased that I was able to call the UT health system and they were able to get me an appointment the same day at their Bellaire branch. The service was professional and I had a high degree of confidence in the care that I received. The PA that treated me seemed to really know her stuff, but upon trying to compliment her on how accomplished she was at such a young age I think she took offense. I haven't got the bill yet, but until then I highly recommend this place, especially if you are less socially awkward than I. :)
What a mess of an office. I have always had issues with this facility. Half the time, they never had my paper prescription ready for pickup, sent bills in the mail that were actually mistakes when called upon, and they never sent my medical records to my new doctor despite me faxing back my medical release form. The only reason why I stuck around for so long was Dr. Chen. I've seen Dr. Magid before and he has zero patients for questions, and Dr Garb barely makes eye contact. Now that Dr. Chen moved, there is no point of me being there.
I saw Dr. Magid Mannie and was treated with contempt. He was dismissive and inconsiderate. I was a patient here for many years back but they changed to a different group with a new name and they didn't have my record. Not only this doctor didn't help me, he causes me more anxiety and referred me to a wrong doctor in the same practice who bloodily charged me almost $600 for
