Omg if u have 3 hours to waste then come here..not happy at all.
My dad started going to this medical clinic. The service is not outstanding. The receptionist called that my dad had an appointment at 2:10pm our wait time to actually see the doctor was about a hour. The room was not clean trash cans were full to the top. My dad was also prescribed medication and no prescription was ever sent to the pharmacy. Planning on changing my dad Physician.
People r sick they have kids running around.don't even get a apoint mentioned they still call u in 2hrs u better b in front of the one on desk cause she'll lye and say she call . Well maybe if the put a notice so people can pay attention to they kids we can hear or name.
Cuento con seguro medico y llegue antes de las 2 de la tarde, pasaron a casi todos los pacientes y le consulte a la persona en recepción si pasaba algo con mi seguro y me dijo que en ese momento estaba checandolo, creo que deberían respetar el orden de llegada del paciente, ya que, esperamos un buen servicio y nos sentimos mal de salud. El trato es un poco impersonal, y descuidado.
