Due to insurance we used them for the birth of my first son.. well them missed finding a birth defect that caused the death of my first son. Now my latest visit we test positive on a pregnancy test and we decided to go back to them.. well our first appointment we walk in and they ask for my copay so I pay it and it covers the whole nine months.. then I wait an hour and a half to be see they take me in the back hand me a baby growth booklet and tell me that their insurance people are not in today and to expect a call from them tomorrow... well a week later we get a letter in the mail saying that all of Kelsey will no longer service me and I have to call my insurance provider to find a new doctor.. I'm completely heartbroken by the heartlessness of this facility, they robbed a pregnant woman of money and never gave us a single service. No blood work not pee test they didn't do anything at all to warrant charging me.
