Rude and unprofessional, although when I first called and spoke to a Lauren she was nice. We had a pretty large order request, so she suggested I email another representative all my info. He called me back and was absolutely rude, first he yelled at me really, really loud and said "No" were not going to be able to do your order! I was so shocked he spoke to me in this manner because we have ordered from them in the past and have spent allot of $$$ with these guys. So I just said "Okay" well can we place a smaller order by the deadline? and he was just like "NO" WERE JUST NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO DO IT!!! (still continuing to yell in a very nasty rude way) so I said "Okay" and hung up... I would never talk to my customers that way and I would have defiantly offered my customer some other suggestions of how I could help but this guy was just nasty and seemed like he didn't want to help me. I will never spend a dime with them again. Treat people the way you want to be treated.
I just got the call for my third order to pick up. Love using these guys...
The customer service I received was excellent. Zach is very polite and informative. I was told about a week and half for my shirts to be ready and they were ready in 4 days! I will definitely be a return customer in the future! Thanks guys!
The T-shirt business is a funny one I have discovered. This is the type of industry you go into if don't care to be polite or care about professionalism. TnT does good work but they don't meet deadlines and never get back to their customers. I once had a project and they lost 5 tshirts of ours and claimed it was our fault.
Wow you guys are a piece of work, Zach Buschlen went on our page to post a false review. How pathetic can you guys be as whole? You look like a bunch of sore losers with that stunt. If Zach is the owner then it clearly demonstrates their morals as a business; if he's not then the owner should be made aware. THIS MAKES TNT LOOK SHAMELESS AND IMMATURE!!!!
I find it hilarious people ask to take a picture of my back for my company info.. The caps, t-shirts and polo shirts all came out great..
The employees are amazingly so willing to help and explain anything..
Great quality. Best screen printers in town. I had a very complex 9 color design that they made look incredible. Got my banners there too and came back for embroidery. You not be disappointed.
