My friend had a bad experience with this store recently. The employees were very insensitive and unsympathetic. They wouldn't allow her to purchase her items that were on hold just 20 MINUTES before they closed . This is very sad. The employees need to get better
I love Forever 2l but I hate this store. They put so much clothes on the racks you can't get the hangers off and all the clothes get tangled. You can not find anything. I couldn't find my mom for 2 hours, she was trapped between the racks. If you find a shirt you like but need another size, good luck. You will never find it
I worked downtown and popped in here once in a while. Compared to other XXI locations, this one is extremely organized (partially because the foot traffic is so low). The clothing quality is low, as expected - fast fashion.
The employees are very inconsiderate. I'd rather you go to the Forever 21 in the Galleria if you visit Houston. I've never had such terrible service in retail. I'm very disappointed in Forever 21 and there choice of employees with this store. They left a bad taste in my mouth for Forever 21. I would give zero stars if I could.
Terrible customer service. Awful, awful, awful! The general staff is nowhere to be found. Checked out with the manager and he tons of attitude. I guess customer care is not a priority at this location.
