Took a stroll through here. It's very peaceful and beautiful.

Historic German cemetery formerly know as "The German Society". Apparently it was renamed during WWI. I stumbled upon it from a road within Glenwood Cemetery. Initially I was confused. Seemed more like a Glenwood annex than a separate cemetery. Very interesting! I plan on going back for a better look.

It is lovely and serene. Many early citizens of Houston are there in their family plots ..I plan to make it my final resting place.
