Terrible. Chairs are uncomfortable, staff is unfriendly, selection is bad, for some reason they are trying to charge for wi-fi when there is free Houston street wi-fi nearby. (you can get access to it in store by going to the very back)
This store serves its purpose. The book selection is decent and the store is kept clean. The staff is not very helpful though, in fact they can be rude. BAM! needs to work on the customer service at this location.
I want to emphasize that the staff and atmosphere really is unfriendly. I've gone several times and they seem to actively try to make you not feel welcome.
Location is perfect, the staff is awesome!
Shop moved out
I was looking for a book on Sharepoint 2010...they had one book on Sharepoint 2007 an that's it. For a bookstore that size, that's pitiful. Sharepoint is a major Microsoft product and they should have at least ONE book on the most recent version.
