this bank service is slow their drive through window is wack , love bank of america except for this location
I've called this branch at least 15 times today. Not 1 call was answered.
I would not recommend this branch ! I went in to cash a check and since i didnt have a acct they asked if iwould like to open one. I said ok thats fine. After the lady helped me open the acct , she proceeded to cash the check i had brought in and deposit into my new acct. As a result i left and noticed i hadn't recieved my id back. I went back to the place and they said that my id should be in the envelope they put my cash money in. (i had already counted the money in the room with the lady that helped me open the acct) and it was not in there ! So as a result i they lost my id and said they don't have it ! i never recieved it back from the lady who cashed my check . Completely ridiculous ! should have just payed the 8$ fee to cash the check without a acct ! Not going back .
This location is always packed and service is very slow. However they do have drive thru's unlike several other banks.
Their ATM drive thru set up is RIDICULOUS. They're set up one in front of the other in the same lane. So if you're using the second ATM.. you have to wait for the person in front of you to leave before you can. Or if you're behind someone using the second one.. the front one could be free and you're stuck behind them yet again. Waste of time! It takes forever to get through! I'd rather pay a fee to withdraw from any other bank. SLOW AF.
