A little less modern than other major cities, so one star down. Signage wasn't the best either. I used Google to find my way. I saw a sign for valet parking when traffic was bumper to bumper for arrivals. USE VALET PARKING! It was $13 for an hour. Seriously a time saver for arrivals and drop offs. Employees were all very nice and very helpful. No food available during late hours.
The bathrooms in this airport are piss poor and the sinks/paper towel setup is flat out stupid and needs to be remodeled into something that's actually practical. I have seriously used restrooms on a plane that were better than these. If I could give zero stars I would.
Very impressed with the remodel of C terminal. I haven’t been in Houston since last year and the airport looks great. Having to go thru security for connecting flights sucks, but it’s common for international flights.
Staff from TSA, gate agents, custodial, and even the store staff are all really friendly and polite- really made me enjoy flying into this airport. Similar to Newark's layout where United dominates and you may have to walk between terminals for transfers, but if you're lucky enough a gold cart driver will give you a lift if you ask! Def fly United through here! Otherwise, fly in elsewhere as several kiosks and stores reward and take United miles!
Probably one of the easiest airport as in to navigate between gates/parking/shuttle/Uber pick up. TSA Lines most of the time (when i travel) are rather quicker then most other major airports at same time, great restaurants terminal A is usually busier then C at 5-6am so plan accordingly. At times it maybe a long walk to E15-17 but this airport is awesome
