Wish they have less than one star. Customer service on the phone are rude and very unprofessional. The customer service at the office are the same. We understand that you guys work for the government, but please you are dealing with human being, not animals, so please show sometimes a little empathy when you see someone in the office. Only for a tax return transcript, I have to go there 3 times, because they don't want to be bothered.

Really not that terrible, actually very helpful and efficient at that office. They are appointment only and the IRS website isn't very clear on that, so I wasted a morning going there only to discover I needed an appointment. but once you have an appointment everything goes very smoothly. Just be sure to bring all the documents they need you to bring, and follow all the rules inside (no bags, phones etc.) and you'll be fine.
I visited this office today and it was most pleasant!! Ms. Sterling that was at the front desk was more than accommodating and friendly. I was unaware that I needed an appointment, but she kindly got me in to speak with someone. Jose DelBosque was the gentleman that assisted me in getting my matters taken care of in a timely manner. He was very helpful!! Overall my experience with this office exceeded my expectations!
I couldn't submit this without giving them 1 star. "Hated it" is insufficient. They know exactly how much they owe me, and they won't pay me.
not what i was expecting at all rude service don't want to help customers as well as rushing them out the building cant just hire anyone to do a professional job.The IRS accepted a fraudulent return in my name, and I still haven't received my last year 2016 refund, nor can I reach whoever can allegedly talk to me about it. And they make me jump thru ID verification hoops that a fraudulent filer couldn't answer.
Most ridiculous new procedure, the front staff was rude and not helpful- government waste of money. All I needed was 2 minutes to print a tax script thank you for nothing.
