One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Wish I could take back every dollar I gave to these guys. Very unprofessional and shockingly rude. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING. Started with a simple purchase of some 1-1/4" galvanized pipe. I got the pipe home and it wouldn't fit so I measured it to be about 2" OD. They sold me the wrong size, which is a simple mistake anyone could make. However when I called to let them know they got very defensive and accusatory, told me I didn't know how to measure pipe etc. over the next few days they started trying to avoid my calls, wouldn't even tell me when they would be at the store so I could come talk to them. In the end the plumber told me to F off and hung up on me. I don't normally submit reviews and this was only a $50 purchase but these guys really were bad and I want them to lose business as a result. Go to another nearby plumbing store there are lots around.
Wonderful experience. A plumber called us quickly and talked me through everything that they would have done. No charge. Definitely a quality outfit.
If they ain't got it, NO ONE does!! I use to buy at Royal Plumbing until they closed down. So when I needed a valve for my 40 year old price Pfister tub faucet, after looking literally everywhere in north/northwest Houston, they were the only store that had what I NEEDED. I wasn't prepared to change out my entire faucet system just to take a shower and my other bath was out of commission. They saved the day and went above and beyond to help me identify and find the ONLY valve that would work. The young lady in the store was friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you MPI. I'll be back!!
