At this time, I have decided to go to another facility that is nearer to my home.
I went in for a drug test for a new job and was there for 5 hours. When I checked in the nurse said that I would have a 2 hour process from check in to check out but I had no clue I would be just sitting in the lobby the entire time. Bit only that but when it came to have my physical the doctor was only in the room for 3 minutes and didn't even know why I was there. I will never go to this location ever again.
My first appointment at Concerta was on Thursday, 11/6/2017. During that visit, I saw Dr. Louise Hensen. She was cold, aloof & almost condescending. I left feeling awful & guilty for filing a workman's comp claim. I was very dissatisfied! I returned today, 11/6/17 & saw the same physician who did a complete 180! She was kind, sweet & encouraging regarding recovery & a physical therapy plan. I suppose everyone is entitled to a bad day?
I was there as a walk in at 8 am. I wasn't seen until 12 pm. I was seen by Dr. Henderson and medication too strong. I called clinic next day and was told I had to walk in again. I ended up taking something over the counter. Dr. didnt seem interested and a bit rude. I don't plan to go again.
First time here wasn't as bad. Was seen the same day, and at a decent time frame. The second time was for an 11:30am appointment that was pushed back to 1-30pm. The physical therapy went well, but waiting to see the doctor after was a 2 hour wait in a freezing waiting room. The doctor was the same as before and she was very pleasant, but I saw her for no more than 5 minutes.
I wish I could leave zero stars. This was the worst experience of my life. I got burned on the job so they made me go here for a follow up. I checked in at 1:11 pm I didn't leave until 4:45 pm. The doctor only spent 20 seconds on me which I expected because the burn was small. I asked her for gauze to take home. She said sure no problem. I waited 10 more minutes and they never came back with the gauze. I walked out.
I injured my shoulder on 10/26/17.
