Our dog was pregnant, but only had 1 pup that passed. We took her to an emergency clinic where they tried to induce her & she wouldn't deliver. They told us that our dog would die unless we paid $3,000-$5,000 for a c-section to get the dead pup out. We left after they admitted she wasn't in any danger yet. So I called around the next morning, a Saturday, not expecting much, but hoping & praying for the best.
The people at Thrive graciously got my dog in, going above & beyond! They got the dead pup out for a fraction of the price of what the other vet wanted to charge & she is now resting at home comfortably!!! So Very Thankful for ALL the Wonderful people who work at this clinic!!!
I just spoke to the loveliest lady, I think her name was AnneMarie but I'm not positive. She was amazing and really cared about my dogs needs! I've been to one of these locations and had the best experience! I only talked to AnneMarie on the phone and she gave me the information I needed! Is there a website I can go to say how amazing y'all are?
I took my 3 Pomeranians in for a health and vaccine screen - for their yearly exam. The doctor told me that my puppy was not old enough for the rabies vaccine and she lied. She should have had it by now. She was not given then shots she needed while she was there .....and well, My other two dogs were not given any vaccines either, although that's what they were there for in the first place. I was charged for services not rendered by Thrive and now I had to go pay 70$ a dog to have them seen at another vet- for the new vet to tell me how their vaccines were way past due and how they needed to be given their shots! They just went to Thrive in 07/17! Oh and there is no one to help you at the front desk - so you can forget getting any assistance with getting an office manager or someone to care that your dogs are now sick because they didn't get the vaccines that you brought them for back in July! I'm really disgusted with the level of professionalism and the pathetic care provided for my dogs. They are my life and I depend on a vet to give them what they need! Thrive was an EPIC FAIL!
This is the BEST VET EVER!!!!!!! They saved me THOUSANDS of dollars....literally! On a Sat they called existing appointments to reschedule to get my boxer an appointment for an emergency C-Section. The other 2 places I went to prior to this wanted 8-10 times the amount for the same procedure. They have earned my business for life! Thank you!!!!

Usually affordable vet care means the service isn't as great, but not here. At Thrive, they have great prices paired with great service! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable
