This is a small liquor store near where I work. The selection isn't large but the lady and her staff are very personable and that is why I go there.
My friend and I were treated with amazing hospitality and service. Love the ladies that were working there. Nothing but smiles and laughs.
The prices here have got to be some of the most inflated I have ever seen in my life. They have some nice bottles but they will cost you 4x what they would at specs. I will never return and recommend anyone who's looking for good bourbon to go on face book to Houston Bourbon society to find the bottles at fair prices.
HORRIBLE customer service. This was my liquor store of choice since it's close to my home, however the owner seem to have an underlying issue with (certain) people. I have seen her discriminate (Mai) against others and that should have been my first indication to no longer spend my money there but I continued to spend my hard earned money in HER store. Today was the final straw as she stocked gallons on water RIGHT near the entrance and I accidentally knocked a bottle down....no matter how much I apologized and offered to clean it up she had a stank attitude (as she always does with me for some reason) and told me, (after I paid for my product) that "I will let you make it this time, but next time if you break you buy"....ma'am I spend a lot of money for YOU store to feed YOUR family and I do not appreciate that attitude especially when you as a business owner do not know how to stock your store properly. I told her just that and even offered the dollar to replace the water (she didn't take it) but I will NEVER shop there again. You lost a repeat customer with your nasty attitude Mai. I work and will ensure everyone I know, know NOT to come to your establishment. Business 101: when you are a small business owner customer service is KEY.
The lady owner is really cool. I always take my time when I go and shes usually patient with me . at first she didnt really trust me lol but now she lets me roam the store and look around with no trouble . I always go to this store
