Being new to Houston, I had been looking for some carpet remnants to make a cat scratching tree. I called about 4 places prior and no one answered their phone even though it was the middle of the afternoon. Robert answered my call, put me on hold very briefly to run back and check if they had what I needed, and they did! Went over to the store, and he helped us load everything and get out of there in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend this place. Ask for Robert!

Had a poor start at first because of major communication issues, and setting up someone to come out give us a quote was a real headache, But luckily the guy they sent out "John" was great! he genuinely tried to work with us and did the best he could.
They moved the big furniture and replaced the carpet. The process was clean neat and quick. Love my floors
