The refrigerator was also not working, which was not mentioned at the time we signed the contract, but we were definitely charged for it. We had no place to store our snacks that we had for our guests who came from far away to attend the service.

Please take your loved one some where else if you want a respectful service. The lady here is just horrible. She is always complaining that people are leaving trash were there is not, snapping her fingers to whoever she feels like, and her attitude is just horrible. This lady has no respect for the lost loved one! DO NOT RECOMMENED THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!
The AC did not work that day, and my dad had to buy 4 fans (out of pocket) because Ms. Margaret was not doing anything to make it better. Everyone was sweating and frustrated, and we were all concerned about my grandfather's dead body.
If you want to be lied to and over priced on top of being disrespected then go here!

This place made my grandfather's funeral service a nightmare. We went to the funeral service in Spring Branch. The woman who helped us out (Margaret Moreno) gave us such terrible service! She has a really bad way to talk to people who have just lost a loved one. Her tone of voice is extremely disrespectful, if you meet her, you will understand....My family and I agree that she ruined our grieving and last moments with my grandfather. Throughout the whole service, she kept complaining about my family eating outside in the parking lot, and "making a mess." When there was no trash being left around.
