I've never had to make arrangements before so I had no idea what to expect. Tommy & Becky were wonderful and extremely helpful. I definitely recommend Forest Lawn funeral home.

Worst service ever! More than five things went wrong in my mother's funeral. I paid $7,000 for something that i didn't desserve and didn't ask, from them giving me the wrong casket, to taking my mother out of the church an hr before the viewing was over, not getting a memory that i was promised (a piece of her hair), and the hearse getting lost all over pasadena because they didn't know how to get to the cemetery. I hope that their service improves and they learn a lesson, this is heartbreaking... they are not just playing with yur money, but even worse, with yur feelings. I understand nobody is perfect and i did not expect that at all, but more than 5 things wrong is just unacceptable and humiliating.
