Would ABSOLUTELY recommend Claire Brothers to anyone in need of their services! From the very 1st contact with them, they educated us on the entire process. We were working with two funeral homes, as the burial plot of our loved one was out of town. The pricing of Claire Brothers services was very reasonable, and information they shared with us of possible traps in the industry saved us a considerable amount of money. We had never had to walk this journey and are grateful that Claire Brothers was our 1st call to help navigate us through it.
Very professional and economical. When my grandmother passed away on Thanksgiving Day 2015, Claire Brothers Funeral Home was responsive and arrangements were made that same day. Riley Smith & Scott Thomas are very considerate men that have served my family several times upon the passing of a loved one. I would refer anyone who needs their services to Claire Brothers Funeral Home.
We really appreciated everything that you all up until it was time to pick up my grand daughters ashes. Her urn was dropped off right after arrangement was made and still when we came in to pick her up her ashes was in a plastic bag inside of a white box. It was really a slap on the face to my daughter amd it was extremely hurtful. That was the worst experience along with other things that happen...thanks but no thanks we will not return.

My family hired this company twice. The first time was in 2011 for my Mother's funeral. We were extremely pleased with them and their professionalism! My mother looked better than I had seen her in the years she had been sick. She looked peaceful. Beautiful. That image of her is what I remember, and the reason we hired them again in 2016 for my grandmother's funeral. Awful, horrible experience! Not at all pleased with the overall professionalism. There was an issue throughout the entire process. These were not the same people we dealt with in 2011, and we later learned those reps had moved to LA. The guy we had in 2016 gave misinformation, was unorganized, and unprofessional. He rubbed us wrong from the first encounter. Even our minister was displeased. I would not recommend them. They did not print enough obituaries, and more than half of attendees did not receive one including some immediate family. My grandmother's makeup was horrible. She looked gray. It was not a good match. A death is enough to deal with do not hire!
