The lack of information and details to the information for my mother's service. Her service cards were wrong and delayed at time of service. The selected poem/ prayer was wrong. They made it difficult to make changes in time of need which made it stressful . I wanted the service over and morn my mother Peacefully with out the unnecessary stress.
This funeral home handled my brother's funeral on 10/27/17. I want to thank Madison Juarez and Julisa Soto for a job well done. I know if my brother could vote himself, he would have loved the way things went. Thank you again. I know when my time comes I will be using this same funeral home.
