Great staff and very easy process thanks so much for the help when I needed it !
So my mom has been paying payments here since like December, I never do reviews but my mom had a really bad experience today (June. 29, 2017) with 2 women & she was really bothered & embarrassed, she usually has a great experience there with a sweet women but today the women wasnt there so another women had to assist her, so my mom walked in today & said she came to make a payment, the women then ask her for 5 references, my mom was very confused because they have never asked for that, so my mom was just asking a simple question as in why do they needed that because they have never ask before, the women then catch an attitude & yelled at my mom saying "Do you not know 5 people" my mom said she didn't & that she only wanted to make a payment so she didnt know why they needed that as they have never asked, the women then got pissed & started talking to my mom in English , my mom doesn't speak any English, she only speaks Spanish , so the women was asking her for the amount of money in English & my mom told her "Can you please talk to me in spanish, I don't understand, or can the other lady translate for me" the lady then said in Spanish "Well I don't speak Spanish" then said "next time you come here you better have 5 people as reference or Im not gonna make your payment" both the ladys where making fun of her for not speaking English, by this time my mom was done & snap at both ladys & said that this was an embarrassment & that she was gonna call customer service then she left, is so sad to see such a professional business treat people like this, is this how this people treat all there Hispanic customers who do not know English? My mom has never felt so humilated or embarrassed, I understand that people have bad days but this a business, I don't care how bad your day is it's your job to make sure your customers want to come back, I also understand that businesses change there rules & that maybe thats why they where asking my mom for 5 people, my mother was just asking a simple question as in why they needed that because like I said before they have never asked, if this is a new rule they made were everytime someone make a payment you as for a reference, the women could of just explain to my mom that this was a new rule or something instead of going off on my mom, hopefully these women learn how to treat a customer better.
