Used to be able to come in and get a GREAT haircut. Last visit, I waited OVER TWO hours and watched as people came in after me go straight to a chair. The guy in the middle on the left suspiciously texts just before he finishes with someone, then the door opens and someone else goes straight to a chair. They'll tell you, "He had an appointment". Appointment or not, you don't leave someone there waiting for TWO HOURS!!! Working in the plant, I get one day off every two weeks. I wanted a good haircut, I completely WASTED my time here, and didn't even get a haircut!! Used to not be like this, but Maggie is a rare sight these days. Businesses don't grow without building new clientele, you don't build clientele by leaving someone there waiting from 10:00a.m. to 12:00p.m. and they still have not been tended to. It wasn't packed, when I walked in there was 3 people there waiting. I patiently waited and watched people continuously come in and go in front of me until I had enough. 5-31-15 10:00 a.m. Even recommended a friend and tried to bring them with me, neither of us were taken care of. Sorry Maggie, I'll take my business somewhere else. Complete waste of time.

Lady Maggie does not know how to attend her clients. All she kept saying was that she could not do my hair because of the color I wanted so I told her okay let's do a color you can do and she said why don't you go back to your old hair stylist
